	The Mapleview Room / 2nd floor: $89 This cozy room has a fireplace, walnut furniture and touches of yellow like the maple trees in fall.
	The Floral Room / 2nd floor: $99 A white iron bed, claw foot tub and fireplace enhance this light airy room decorated in blue and floral print.
	The Servants Quarters / 2nd floor: $139 The servant's should see it now! Queen bed, Jacuzzi tub & fireplace make this a very comfortable room.
	The Lakeview Room / 2nd floor: $99 This delightful sun-filled room with a bay window that is overlooking the lake is a favorite. Decorated in shades of cream and rose, it has a large bath with a tub.
	The Evergreen Room / 1st floor: $89 Forest green, white lace and a brass bed are features in this room with a fireplace and large sit down shower.

• Guest rates reflect one night, double occupancy plus 6% sales tax and includes a hearty breakfast.
• Please add $10 for each additional guest.
• All rooms provide air conditioning, color television, VCR/DVD, clock radio, ceiling fan, private bath, and gas-fired fireplace in season.

Our Policies
All deposits are refundable ONLY with a 5 day notice prior to the arrival date. If you cancel less than 5 days (especially on holidays), and we are unable to re-rent your room, or you don’t re-book, you will be charged the full amount, but will receive a gift certificate for a percentage. There is a $15 late cancellation fee. Whole house bookings have a 20 day cancellation.
